Today I'd like to share something I recently learned about fear: ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐จ๐ง'๐ญ ๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ฒ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ! Sometimes we think that just because a convincing thought popped in our heads it means we have to listen to it. We feel that if we ignore those thoughts we are being "fake", lying to ourselves and refusing to accept the "truth". However, that's actually how fear works. When you try to ignore it, it guilt-trips you and makes you feel bad as if you ๐๐๐๐ to obey your insecurities. As if you ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ to feel guilty for challenging what it presents to you as 'reality'.
But we don't owe fear anything and we are not compelled to obey our own insecurities no matter how convincing they sound. We don't have to play small because that's what others or our own minds tell us - we also don't owe mediocrity anything. There is no reason to feel indebted to feelings or people we owe nothing to!
Long story short - do you boo, God bless you, and hope you have an amazing month!
